Step 1
瘦肉川烫,然后以清水冲洗干净备用。Blanch meat in boiling water and wash.
Step 2
把全部材料放入锅中,大火煮滚后,转小火继续煮2小时。Place all ingredients in pot and bring to quick boil, and then simmer in low heat for 2 hour.
Step 3
调入盐,试味即可。eason with salt.
